Bar Zabaleta is a small, neighborhood pintxo bar across the river from the old town, in Gros. Totally unassuming, mostly just normal and filled with neighbors, they just happen to boast what may be one of the town's best tortillas. Sorry, Nestor, but I think this one, with its creamy interior, beats out your limited-edition tortilla. I think I owe a thanks to my friend Jon for first prompting me to try this one.
