This pintxo comes from the bar in the Astoria 7, one of the town's coolest hotels. While it's a bit far from the center, it's definitely worth a stop should you be catching a bus from the town's Plaza Pio XII. This savory take on a mille-fuille has three of my favorite things...how could I not love it?
