Words can’t describe how happy this makes me!

My book Basque Country is out in Spanish!

And not only that, it’s coming out with Spain’s top publisher, Planeta. Planeta’s culinary imprint, Planeta Gastro, publishes all the most amazing cookbooks in Spain, so of course I am thrilled! ✨

The book is titled La Cocina Vasca, and upon being introduced into a new market, the cover was given a makeover!

As you can see, it’s so different, a modern, deconstructed Gilda with a beautiful minimalist design.

There were few changes to the interior matter—this is the same book as Basque Country, with a different cover and in Spanish (and with no volume measurements)!
