Paseo de La Concha. The emblem of San Sebastián. With its overdose of tourists, its nonexistent beach at high tide time, and the confusing lack of storefronts and café along the promenade, it could very well be considered overrated. 

But, honestly, it's got something that keeps you coming back. And I'm not just talking about Pololos.
