The Plaza de Gipuzkoa is the place to be at Christmas time in San Sebastián. Sprays of cider and txistorra fumes in the air...for me Santo Tomas is a wonderful collision of tradition (hey same old cider in that same old bottle) and modernity (hey plastic cups with #DSS2016printed all over). Now off to eat some more txistorra....
