Bodega Donostiarra is a Gros staple. Their über-traditional pintxo menu is not for the dainty: chorizo. croquetas. ensaladilla rusa. callos. morros. Their cold pintxo selection on the bar can be summed up in two words: Vinegar. Seafood. None of that is meant disrespectfully—this is one bar that knows its place and is therefore intensely popular with the locals.
