So why has it taken me so long to write about the best potatoes in San Sebastián? The potatoes that every visitor to the Kilpatrick home is obliged to try? The potatoes that are the first thing that my six-year-old daughter asks for upon her return?  One simple reason...I could have sworn I had already done so!  But no. So, this long overdue post on the BEST potatoes, a tiny bar that does one thing excellently, an incredibly majo barman....a must eat.
