Seasonal Cooking in Astelena 1997

There are a lot of restaurants here that pay lipservice to seasonal cooking and quality products. However,  Astelena 1997 is one of the few places where you can find vegetable-based dishes. Dishes that boast of vegetables not boiled and thrown on the plate, but given the individual attention they deserve. An example? Strips of fresh white asparagus, seared perfectly, served over creamy potatoes.
