Having lunch or dinner in Bodegón Alejandro means eating modern Basque cuisine. But not the typical mediocre or boring twists on the already exquisite Basque cuisine. They take the classics and renew them, and always with good taste. I always love the mamia, which is made a la minute at the table. They bring all the ingredients of this simple dessert and make it on the spot.
