Sneak Peek: Kota.31

Last night I stopped into Kota.31, a brand new bar on Calle 31 de Agosto in San Sebastián, for their private pre-opening party.

Buttery jamón, creamy croquetas, and some fried shrimp over a remoulade mousse were passed around to friends, family and business partners. It's an agreeable atmosphere and a menu revolving firmly around good produce.

Looking forward to trying out for real the newest bar in San Sebastián. Kota.31 opens this weekend for all of you in town. Stop in and tell Alvaro y Ramiro hello for me.

I stopped in, too, not knowing there was a party. Too late, the food was already finished :-( At least we were invited for the drinks.

It looks like a step forward from the former Bide Bide.
