The first tortilla comes out at one. The second at eight. And they always sell out.
You can pass by the bar and make a reservation thirty minutes before if the waiter is in a good mood. The best tortilla in Donosti. Some people say it's not but that's because they haven't tried it. Delicious.

I prefer the rest of Nestor: tomate, chuleta, pimientos,.... This tortilla is famous but I prefer others, La Espiga, Basque, Haritza come to mind. This one so cooked outside and almost raw inside... and I usually like juicy tortillas.
I have never been impressed with the tomato at Nestor, never tried the chuleta, tho! I also haven't tried the tortillas you list...but I will!!!
Disclaimer: those tortillas are rather conventional after all, nothing impressive.
